The annual report recognizes the largest and most active home builders in the United States, based on annual closings and overall market performance.

In 2025, JCCG completed 708 homes and delivered 1,040 lots across Georgia, Alabama, Florida and Indiana, underscoring its ability to execute at scale across multiple high-growth markets.
