Jim Chapman Construction Group (JCCG), a seasoned build-to-rent (BTR) general contractor, announces its partnership with NexMetro, one of the nation’s largest BTR developers headquartered in Phoenix. NexMetro’s inaugural Atlanta project, South Pine, has started construction in Georgia in South Fulton County.
