JCCG will complete all Phase II homes and then begin lot development and construction on Phase III. The community is currently 100% occupied with a waiting list, demonstrating the increasing demand for BTR products in the Huntsville market.
This BTR development marks JCCG’s second venture in the Huntsville area, following the on-time and on-budget construction of Nestledown Farms.
