JCCG Named General Contractor for VLux Madison

Posted on: October 6th, 2025

Jim Chapman Construction Group (JCCG), a build-to-rent general contractor, is pleased to announce it has been selected as the general contractor (GC) at VLux Madison, a new rental community located in Madison, Alabama, just outside of Huntsville. JCCG started in August 2025 as the project’s GC and will deliver 179 townhomes with detached parking garages.

“As the BTR general contractor at VLux Madison, our priority is to get this community across the finish line,” said Jim Chapman, President of JCCG. “We are stepping in at a pivotal stage and are committed to getting construction on track and delivering much-needed homes for Huntsville’s growing population.”

JCCG has partnered with a Scottsdale, Arizona–based family office to deliver VLux Madison.

Located off Sanctuary Loop, this gated community presents one-, two- and three-bedroom homes in a serene setting. JCCG will complete all Phase II homes and then begin lot development and construction on Phase III. The community is currently 100% occupied with a waiting list, demonstrating the increasing demand for BTR products in the Huntsville market.

This BTR development marks JCCG’s second venture in the Huntsville area, following the on-time and on-budget construction of Nestledown Farms.

VLux Madison presents three thoughtfully designed floor plans, ranging from 724 to 1,432 square feet, each featuring a primary suite on the main level. The stylish Hideaway plan showcases one bedroom with a walk-in closet, one full bathroom and a functional, open-concept layout. Similarly, the Oasis embraces comfortable living with two-bedroom suites, each with a walk-in closet and a full bathroom with a standing shower, while the Haven displays a two-story design with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

High-quality finishes, such as LVT flooring, gooseneck faucets, stainless steel appliances, kitchen islands and in-unit washers and dryers, can be found in every townhome. For added security, homes are equipped with smart locks and fenced backyards that keep residents and their pets comfortable. Residents also enjoy detached garages with bike racks.

The amenities are complete at VLux Madison, including a pickleball court and swimming pool as well as a ping pong table, cornhole boards and a sundeck with lounge chairs for unwinding outdoors. The pet-friendly community also features a spacious off-leash dog park and the clubhouse is complete with a yoga room, business center and coffee bar for both productivity and wellness. With the added convenience of 24-hour maintenance, VLux Madison combines leisure and comfort to create an inviting environment for today’s renters.
