Jim Chapman Construction Group (JCCG) has a rich history in the development and construction of high-quality residential communities. Originally focused on building homes for sale, including semi-custom active adult communities with extensive amenities, JCCG made a strategic transition in 2018 to exclusively develop and construct Build-to-Rent(BTR) communities. Since 2021, we have successfully completed and sold eight BTR communities, totaling over 1,500units, to institutional investors.
Our ongoing commitment to excellence has allowed us to establish a robust pipeline, with 10 to 15 active BTR communities in various stages of development and construction, encompassing over 3,100 homes.
